Beyond the Standard Grey Concrete: A Creative Partnership
Initially, the homeowners sought traditional grey-stained concrete. However, through the Element7Concrete design process, we explored options that better suited the "Hill Country" aesthetic. Our team provided a Class C sample on the front porch to demonstrate how exposed aggregate creates a "wow factor" while remaining grounded in the natural landscape.
The Solution: We moved away from high-gloss finishes toward a sophisticated matte palette, utilizing our proprietary Hybrid-Stone Travertine Epoxy blends to bridge the gap between rugged ranch utility and high-end residential design.
Within 4 days, we helped transformed this Texas Hill Country ranch into a visually stunning retreat with durable, easy-to-clean floors that allow each room to shine with their individual uses.

The Result: We utilized Travertine Epoxy Chips, a signature hybrid-stone blend. This unique finish offers superior protection against dropped tools and tire marks while providing a textured aesthetic that standard epoxies cannot match.
The Front Porch | 200 SQ FT
The Work: Class C Grinding (Exposed Aggregate).
The Result: By grinding deep into the slab to reveal the natural stone within the concrete, we created a stunning, slip-resistant entrance that serves as the home’s visual anchor.
